I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a to-go order I picked up recently. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the salad was in an unacceptable condition—it was brown, watery, and appeared to be quite old. When I called to address this, I was told that since the salads are complimentary, nothing could be done unless I returned to the restaurant immediately to pick up a replacement. This response was unsatisfactory. Regardless of whether an item is complimentary, it should still meet basic quality and food safety standards. Offering a replacement for a poor-quality "free" item does not resolve the issue, especially when it requires an additional trip. I hope you will look into your kitchen's quality control to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience
Ordered a pick up order for my my family. Brought home and food was delicious, then came the fun. We all became very ill after eating there. It was the only thing we all had together and after reading the reviews of hair among other things, this location needs to do better. I alerted the health department in case any other people suffered the same fate we did.
I stopped here looking for Tiramisu for my son’s birthday. Was instantly greeted, my order taken immediately. The cashiers and servers all commented on how they loved the Tiramisu. The restaurant smelled amazing. There were several tables but not a lot of noise. My order came out quickly and was thanked by all the girls. Great place, will go back.
We visited Casa Pasta at the Potranco location on a Saturday night and were happy to find there was no wait. The host and our waiter were very kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. Every dish we tried was extremely delicious—the white cream pasta and crispy chicken were especially wonderful. The atmosphere is decent, though I feel the restaurant could use a bit more personality to match the quality of the food. The music was perfect and very Italian, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the drinks were a letdown. I usually order water, but it had a strange taste, so I switched to an Arnold Palmer, which also tasted off. The drinks were the only part of the experience I didn’t enjoy. Overall, aside from the beverages, we really enjoyed our visit and would return for the food and service.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Casa Pasta is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, everything was wonderful. The food was incredibly delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was truly top-notch, with a team that made us feel welcomed and well taken care of the entire time. If you’re looking for a cozy, inviting Italian spot with amazing dishes and excellent service, Casa Pasta is a must-try. We’ll definitely be back! 🍝❤️🇮🇹
We had a great dinner here with our kids. The server was friendly and helpful and the food came out hot and fresh. They bring free bread with your meal. The pizza was delicious and we liked everything we ordered. It’s not a traditional Italian place. It has more of a homemade style and the sauce tastes different from classic marinara, but it’s still very good. The prices are pretty reasonable for the quality and portions. We’re happy to have this spot in the area.
I got calamari it was ok. The wings were good. Lasagna was not good. Way too much cheese and texture mushy just too much sauce. Also ordered shrimp Alfredo little sister barely touched it and ate later we got sick from it. We ordered shrimp tortellini that was very good and bread was good as well. Salad was a no just ice burg lettuce. I probably won’t visit again but the service was amazing great staff.
I have been wanting good pasta for a while and this place was recommended to me. The Alfredo is creamy and buttery, very good! The service was excellent. The waiter was attentive and made sure we had plenty to drink and bread for our salad and pasta. The food came out fast.
